I made a frickin delicious lasgana last night! it had a store bought organic marinara and herb sauce enhanced by a coupele fresh tomatoes and an onion, and zuchhini bit, then there was spinach and mushrooms and carrot and garlic layered inbetween mozzarella and ricotta. mmm mmm mmm.
Mike(polo mike) brought a baguette to dip in some olive oil and balsamic vinegar as we waited for it to finish baking.
I also made a lasagna last week but I liked this one better.
I made nachos with Jennifer on Tuesday night and she supplied some Ebenezer brews, and we watched "Lars and the Real Girl", it was a pretty good movie. Bizarre, but good.
I didn't have nay timeot make breakfast this morning so I just ahd glass fo apple cidr adn threw a yogurt and banana inmy bag to take to work. Along with a tangerine and some cocoa which I just made, after making holiday cookies with the kiddos. (cut n bake sugar dough+sprinkles+food coloring+frosting=messy)
