I did not wind up making a good dinner Tuesday night as I had said I would. Instead I crashed the New Seasons and got some pita bread and hummus for myself and some icecream for Kayla. To wash it down I had a 22 of some beer, I forgot which kind I got at this point. It was probably an IPA, cos thats what I like the bestest. then her new roomie,Jake, offered up one of his harp lagers so I had that, too. When I got back home I had some water, ahhhh, nature's finest.

Wednesday didn't offer much greatness in the food world for me. funds were running low and i was too busy to eat well.
Breakfast:Blueberry mufin, hardboiled egg and a double americano from the James John Cafe in St.John's.
snack: a few bites of icecream, water
lunch, part one: peanut butter and jelly sandwhich
lunch, part two: vegan thai wrap, water
snack: granola bar
dinner: linguine and 2 pints o beer from Tiga, my up the street bar. The linguine was ok, but at $8 I certainly wouldn't have ordered it if it weren't for the fact I was famished and not in the mood to cook. I had the Hub Hefeweizen and wasn't that into it, cos I don't like the hefe, but I like Hub and I didn't even know it was a hefe, I just ordered a pint of Hub. pfft. Beer #2 was an IPA, but I forgot what it was. Hmm...It was fine, nothing extremely brilliant but I wound up getting to meet and converse with a smart fellow whilst sipping this beer so it was worth it.
Lots of water was also consumed before hitting the hay. I rode my bike all over town and was definitely feeling the loss of calories. Boo, hiss.

Thursday I woke up earlier than I would have liked and made up a french press of Ristretto's new Mexican roast. i forgto the exact type, its not as full bodied as I like my coffee to be, since its not adark roast but its good, like all their coffees. I drank about three fourths of the fp and had some lacklustre toast with scant butter.
I met a pal downtown for the consumption of a raspberry italian soda and water at Stumptown #2, before we heaed to the food cart row in which we ordered the veggie lunch special and an order of samosas from the Indian food cart. We strolled down to the waterfront and ate the food while gazing at the river.
Back at my house I had a few Fat Tire beers and water. Oh, the excitement!
Later on there was some Bridgeport IPA trown into the mix along with a nice snacky dinner of bread, fresh mozzerella, tomato, salt, roasted garlic, and olives. I can't take credit for deciding on or preparing the food, I just chatted with the person who was responsible for making sure we both ate.

This morning I had a banana before rushing off to work, stopping in at Stumptown(Belmont) for a double Americano where I learned Tim has taken to washing his hair in order to achieve maximum fluffiness. A couple bites of french toast sticks that had been rejected by my three year old charge were consumed but not appreciated(there was a reason while the lil kipper had no interest in them-blandness is not appealing). An early lunch of quesadillas wih some chips and guacamole was ours for the taking, and that satiated me for a bit.

Soon, I am gonna bust out with more cooking, and baking and whathave you. My stomach demands that I get it together. Tomorrow however I will be biking to Astoria and I see PBJ's and Clif bars being my main source of sustenance...
